If a project does not reach its goal within the expected period, contributions go back to the investor wallet with no penalties or withdrawal fees.
When the development meets its agreed milestones, the economic results are shared in proportion to each participant’s contribution. The schedule and frequency are published on every project page.
Real estate crowdlending is an investment with a defined horizon. We do offer an internal secondary marketplace where, subject to demand, you can offer your position to other verified users.
Every project publishes regular reports with photos, progress certificates, budget execution and, when applicable, opinions from external auditors.
