These terms govern the use of crestelio.com and describe the general conditions under which information about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina is offered. By accessing the site or using our forms you confirm that you have read and accepted this document.
1. Site owner
The site is operated by Crestelio Capital S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71842095-4, registered office at Av. del Libertador 5740, 14th floor, Buenos Aires City, Argentina, registered as a Crowdfunding Platform with the National Securities Commission (CNV) under licence PFC-024/2026.
2. Nature of the information
The information published is for informational purposes only and does not by itself constitute financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Any investment decision requires the prior review of the project prospectus and, when needed, consultation with independent professionals.
3. Registration and verification
Investing in projects requires the completion of a registration process, identity verification (KYC) and, when applicable, a declaration of the origin of funds. Crestelio may reject or suspend registrations when there are well-founded reasons under applicable regulations.
4. Risks
Investing through real estate crowdlending involves risks, including total or partial loss of capital, lack of liquidity before the end of the project and delays in the construction schedule. Published returns are estimates and are not guarantees.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, logos, images and designs on the site are the property of Crestelio Capital S.A.S. or are used under licence. Their reproduction is forbidden without prior written authorisation.
6. Changes
We may update these terms when regulatory, commercial or technological developments require it. The current version is always published in this section with its update date. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the changes.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
