At Crestelio Capital S.A.S. we treat your personal data with the care it deserves. This policy explains what information we collect when you use crestelio.com, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Data controller
Crestelio Capital S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71842095-4, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 5740, 14th floor, Buenos Aires City, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through the site. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at privacidad@crestelio.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you enter in our forms (name, email and message), basic technical information about your device (browser, language, approximate region) and, when you give your explicit consent, browsing data coming from analytics and advertising cookies.
3. Purposes
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, manage the investor relationship, comply with regulatory obligations before the CNV and the UIF, measure how the site performs and, when you authorise the corresponding cookies, personalise advertising messages through Google Ads and similar platforms.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (art. 5 of Law 25,326), on pre-contractual and contractual relationships and on the legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms.
5. Retention
We keep data linked to enquiries for 24 months from the last contact. Data linked to operations is kept for the period required by tax law and anti-money-laundering regulations, currently 10 years.
6. Disclosures and international transfers
We may share data with technology providers offering hosting, transactional email, analytics and advertising services located in countries with adequate protection levels or covered by standard contractual clauses under AAIP Disposition 60/2016.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw your consent by writing to privacidad@crestelio.com. You can also file a claim with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, regular audits and continuous staff training. No system is fully infallible, but we work to keep risks to a minimum.
9. Changes to this policy
If we introduce material changes we will let you know through the site or, when appropriate, by email. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
